Yeah right! Van Persie has decided to start scoring again and no doubt Rooney will too. |

Given their patchy form and our recent decent league form, this has 0-0 written all over it. RVP out but I expect Ferdinand to play. We'll need a ref who has a pair as well.

I see a very sketchily reffed game, at least one pen against us, a boatload of yellows, and any thin excuse for a red card. They'll have an off side goal allowed and we'll have two good goals disallowed. Silva, YaYa, Kolarov, Nasri will all get hurt from terrible unbooked challenges and we'll finish with eight men. 3-2 for us. Positive.
Best duo where? Oh! Negredo, Aguero!! |

Hold the phone people.. I'm about to agree with mike, I have a terrible feint about this game.. Absolutely no idea why but I have a feeling the ref is going to play a big part..
I've actually bet money on Dino to score anytime..
I'm not on here lot, but I do like reading the threads..
Best of luck tonight gents..

The Ref did have a good game, although Welbeck COULD easily have been sent off for a challenge on Zabaleta and Fellaini SHOULD have been sent off for blatant thuggery on... Zabaleta. I got the feeling that the scum were trying to wind him up all game, even their "hard man" left back went in on him hard. But Zab is a brave man and a very important player for us and he withstood all of this.
I got one of the "zero's" correct in my prediction. What I forgot to predict was us running roughshod over an average mid table side as I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a derby game so they'd probably be up for it. I was wrong. A 3-0 win, generally very comfortable aside from a 10-15 minute spell in each half but once Edin smashed in the second goal, the outcome was never in doubt.
So, that's five clean sheets in a row in the top flight... apparently the first time that's happened for 99 years... which doesn't surprise me but is pleasing nonetheless. Only three points behind Chelski with two games in hand... the next one is always the most important and I can see us getting a result (draw or win) at the Emirates as the Gooners are looking a little disjointed at the moment to say the least. Bring on the weekend!

good game by the ref, all games have their moments of ref spotlights, his were minimal. Fellaini SHOULD have been sent off however, maybe at ours he may have, but not under the pressure he would have got there i think may have been on his mind. Great win, for a scum demoralizing point which is as big as any aspect of it, three points excepted. Gooners should be fun, Southampton after that could be one of "those" games, but the one i want is that bin dipper affair, that will be a huge game affecting the top three places, as even a draw will set Chelsea to wan-king.
